HOUSING MANAGEMENT IN FRANCE

Issues of modern energy-efficient housing construction and management of housing complexes were discussed at the "Housing management in France. Best practices. Innovation." seminar. The workshop was held at Paris, France from December 3 to 7, 2012.

Organizers gave participants the opportunity to meet with the directors and leading specialists of companies that are building modern housing and management of housing complexes. High level of the seminar is confirmed by the participation in its work of a national delegate of General Federation of real estate agencies in France, Mr. Terry .

The delegation of 19 participants learned rich experience accumulated by French specialists in the management of housing complexes, as well as reviewed the standards and features of French companies working in this field. Especially useful was the discussion of trends in the real estate market in the Paris region and the ability to respond to the challenges associated with these trends. During a visit to the PASSIBAT exhibition and the construction of modern quarter delegates were able to evaluate innovative technologies in the construction of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient housing, as well as the benefits and features of its operation. The participants thanked the organizers for the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the systems of rapid construction of houses and low-rise buildings renovation.

The seminar was attended by heads of district administrations, managers and senior staff of commercial structures employed in the construction and operation of housing from different regions of the Russian Federation.

All participants noted the practical value of the last workshop, the relevance of the questions in its course, and especially gained by French specialists experience in building social and energy-efficient housing.
